How does the site work?

You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your shopping bag and click on place order. You let us know your address, select a delivery time – and voila, you are done. A BanglaMeds representative will then deliver your order right to your home or office.

How long do the deliveries take?

We are serving within 1-3 Hour Delivery , to Uttara, Tongi, Mirpur, Cantonment, Banani, Banani DOHS, Gulshan, Baridhara, Baridhara DOHS, Badda, Mohakhali, Mohakhali DOHS, Khilgaon, Paltan, Motijheel, Banasree, Moghbazar, Malibag, Razarbag, Kallyanpur, Shyamoli, Paikpara, Pallabi and Mohammedpur. For the rest of the Dhaka city we are currently delivering within 4-7 hours timeframe. You can also specify a convenient time and we will send the products during that time.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 8 am to 10 pm every day. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.

How do I know when my order is here?

A BanglaMeds representative will call you as soon as they are at your house to let you know about your delivery.

How do I pay?

A. We accept cash on delivery and we also have Online Credit Card and Online Bkash service. Don’t worry, our BanglaMeds representatives should always carry enough change.

Do you serve my area?

We are currently serving all of Dhaka city, except certain parts of Old town.

How do I refer a FnF?

To refer a friend or family go to and submit their mobile number or email address. Your refered person will recieve a SMS or an email from us with a 50tk discount (for the orders over 500tk). Once they complete their first order with us you will recieve a 50tk credit in your account.

I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?

We are always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our inventory just for you. There is a "Product Request" feature that you can use to inform us your requirement. You can also +88-09638-120-130 or mail us at to add an item to our inventory.

My order is wrong. What do I do?

What if the item is out of stock?

We hold our own inventory, so we rarely run of out stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will call you and let you know what substitutes are available.

What happens during a hartal?

We work during hartals. That’s how dedicated we are.

Why should we buy from you when I have a pharmacy nearby?

Well, that is up to you but you can also be a couch potato like our founders and have your items delivered to your house for free. Our prices are sometimes lower than that of major superstores in the city. We also carry a larger variety than the average corner-store. So, there is really no reason to not buy from us.

What about the prices?

Our prices are strictly as of MRP! We will never overcharge, however If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

How do you deliver?

We use our own fleet to deliver. Our goal is to the products to your home in time.

What is your policy on refunds?

We take refund during the time of delivery only. We reserve the right to refuse refund. Please contact us at +88-09638-120-130 if you want to return an item.

What is your discounting policy?

We try to provide the best deals in Dhaka. We also offer discount codes under special circumstances, which are applied on the MRP. On any given product, we can only apply one type of discount. We always consider the best discount available to the customer. For example: If the MRP of a product is Tk. 100 and our list price is Tk. 92 -- the product is already sold at a 8% discount. This means that if user applies a discount code for 5% discount, we will still consider the best discount available to the user and sell the product at Tk. 92.

What about quality?

We try our best to source only authentic products for you but if you are dissatisfied, you can always send them back with the delivery executive.

How are you sourcing your products?

We have deals with whole-sellers, manufacturers and importers. We only sell authentic products.

Should I tip the delivery representative?

A. Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.
